What do you provide?

If you submit a request to host a styled session at our studio and are approved, we will provide the following:

• Use of our studio space at no cost for up to five hours.

• Use of our lighting, props, backdrops, and client closet.

• Swag bags.

• Marketing on our website and social media platforms.

What helps me to be approved?

We require style session hosts to be a renter of the studio with a minimum of three rentals within the preceeding three months. Each styled session application is thoroughly and carefully reviewed to ensure quality and alignment with our mission. Some key aspects we are looking for include an active social presence that demonstrates engagement and valuable partnerships that expand collaborative opportunities. The more vendors you have participating, the better. While having any of these attributes is certainly not a requirement, it genuinely helps to have as many qualifications as possible.

All styled session hosts who have never rented from the studio before are required to schedule a studio tour prior to being approved.

I’ve never hosted a styled session before. Is that okay?

Absolutely! The goal of providing space for styled sessions is not only to help our local creative community but to also provide creatives with a platform to create work they love.

What do you need from me?

If approved to add your styled session on our event calendar and social media, we will just need any information, images, list of vendors and vision board you would like for us to share.

What happens if I am approved?

If approved you’ll receive an email from us with a link to schedule your styled session. It’s that easy!

Do you require a certain number of days to be between styled sessions scheduled in the studio?

We do! We require for scheduled styled sessions to have a 45 day gap in between, so when looking at dates, please be sure to choose a date that at least 45 days before or 45 days after currently scheduled styled sessions.
