90-MINUTE STUDIO ACCESS + OFFICIANT + FAUX BOUTONNIERE & BOUQUET + PHOTOGRAPHY + CEREMONY VIDEO RECORDING
$525 + Tax
The Space: 90 minutes of exclusive studio access.
The Details: Elegant seating for up to 20 guests and a curated faux floral bouquet & boutonnière.
The Guidance: A professional on-site officiant to lead your ceremony and finalize your legal marriage license.
The Creative Team: Includes 60 minutes of photography (50+ high-res images) from a Von Creative Collective photographer and a professional video recording of your ceremony so you can relive the “I do” forever.
The Editorial Celebration
The perfect balance of editorial portraits and an intimate celebration.
4 HOUR STUDIO ACCESS + OFFICIANT + FAUX BOUTONNIERE & BOUQUET + INVENTORY ACCESS + PHOTOGRAPHY + CEREMONY VIDEO RECORDING

The Space: 4 hours of exclusive studio access.
The Details: Full access to our 1,000+ item inventory and a custom design consultation to bring your aesthetic to life.
The Guidance: A professional on-site officiant to lead your ceremony and finalize your legal marriage license.
The Creative Team: Includes 2 hours of photography (100+ high-res images) from a Von Creative Collective photographer and a professional video recording of your ceremony so you can relive the “I do” forever.
The Blank Canvas
For the couple who knows exactly what they want and has the team to make it happen.
FULL DAY STUDIO ACCESS + INVENTORY ACCESS + ONSITE STUDIO STAFF
$1,800 + Tax
A full 14-hour day designed for the couple who knows exactly what they want. From 7 AM to 9 PM, the studio is yours — no time limits, no rush, no compromises. Bring your planner, florist, rentals and creative team to build a day that’s entirely yours.
The Space: 14 hours of exclusive studio access from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
The Details: Full access to our 1,000+item inventory and curated beverage station.
The Support: Onsite studio staff throughout the day.
The Signature Boutique Wedding
A high-end, designer wedding experience on a boutique scale. Everything but the caterer and what you’ll wear packed in.
8 HOUR STUDIO ACCESS + OFFICIANT + IN-HOUSE DESIGNER/PLANNER + INVENTORY ACCESS + HMUA + PHOTOGRAPHY + VIDEOGRAPHY
$3,500 + Tax
The Space: 8 hours of exclusive studio access, including our light-drenched studio and hair and makeup stations for bridal prep.
The Details: Full design execution, in-house planner, custom floral installations (Arch, Tables, & Bouquets), and a complimentary 1-hour Bridal Portrait session.
The Guidance: A professional on-site officiant to lead your ceremony and finalize your legal marriage license.
The Creative Team: Includes a HMUA for one, 5 hours of photography (250+ high-res images) + videography coverage from Von Creative Collective creatives providing a 3-5 minute cinematic film and a professional video recording of your ceremony so you can relive the “I do” forever.

Can I bring my own wedding planner?
Absolutely! Our on-site coordinator handles the logistics of our inventory and everything that happens here at the studio. But if you're dreaming of a full-scale design with lots of rentals and offsite activities mixed in, bringing in your own planner is 100% encouraged. Think of us as your home base — and your planner as the creative director tying it all together. 💛

While we don’t host high-energy, DJ-led receptions, we are the perfect prelude to an incredible dinner. Your event is in a gorgeous space — now let's make sure the menu matches the vibe. Whether you want a food truck parked outside or a local restaurant handling the spread, we've got ideas.
Roll Up with a Food Truck 🚚
Make it unique. Want something interactive and memorable? Bring in a local food truck! They pull up, set up outside, and serve your guests fresh, hot food straight from the kitchen-on-wheels. It's fun, it's flexible, and it keeps the party flowing.

A Few House Rules:
Food trucks need a Certificate of Insurance before the event
No on-site cooking inside the studio — but outside food trucks are welcome in the designated parking area

Hosting a seated dinner and want to take the party elsewhere after? We're minutes from some great local restaurants in Jacksonville and Richlands. Ask us for recommendations — we'll point you to the spots that fit your event's energy.

We love a good spread as much as anyone, and we want your event to be as delicious as it is beautiful! To keep our space looking its best and ensure we’re following all those important health guidelines, we have a few simple rules for food at the studio:
Leave it to the Pros 👩🍳
For groups larger than 10, we require all food to be provided by a licensed and insured professional catering company. While we love a good homemade dish, "potluck" styles aren't permitted for larger events unless we’ve chatted and provided a special waiver beforehand!The Technical Stuff (COI & Licensing) 📋
Your chosen caterer must be properly licensed by the NCDHHS. We also need a Certificate of Insurance (COI) from them showing $1,000,000 in coverage, with Von Creative, LLC named as an Additional Insured. Please make sure this hits our inbox at least 7 days before your event so we’re all set to go!Keep it Cool (No On-Site Cooking) ❄️
Since we don’t have a commercial kitchen, we keep things "assembly-only" inside the studio. Open flames, stoves, and fryers are a no-go, but we’re happy to point your team toward designated areas for warming and plating your masterpieces.Pack it In, Pack it Out ♻️
To keep the studio photo-pretty for the next creative, we ask that caterers take all food waste, rentals, and equipment with them when they head out. A $100 cleaning fee will apply if we have to handle the catering trash, so let’s keep it tidy together! -

Our Collective isn't a list of random contractors. These are the vetted photographers and videographers who call this studio home. They are the same professionals who rent this space for their own work, attend our workshops, and contribute to the spirit of our community.
When you book a package featuring the Collective, you’re hiring artists who know exactly how the light hits the cyclorama wall at 4:00 PM and which corner of the Whimsical Arch captures that perfect editorial glow.
