A $100 fee applies to all event/meeting rentals. It covers the additional setup and a post-event floor refresh to ensure the space stays looking its best for every celebration. ✨

Since opening our doors in February 2025, Von Creative has become more than a studio—it’s been a home for over 300 local photographers, models, and artists who have come together to learn, support, and grow together.

Roll Up with a Food Truck 🚚
Make it unique. Want something interactive and memorable? Bring in a local food truck! They pull up, set up outside, and serve your guests fresh, hot food straight from the kitchen-on-wheels. It's fun, it's flexible, and it keeps the party flowing.

A Few House Rules:
Food trucks need a Certificate of Insurance before the event
No on-site cooking inside the studio — but outside food trucks are welcome in the designated parking area

Want to take the party elsewhere after? We're minutes from some great local restaurants in Jacksonville and Richlands. Ask us for recommendations — we'll point you to the spots that fit your event's energy. These are a few of our favs.
Mike’s Farm (6 Minutes) – For that classic Carolina hospitality. No private dining available.
Ransom Room (20 Minutes) — Elevated flatbreads, cocktail lounge, and desserts. Private event dining available Sunday/Monday. Occupancy 40.

We love a good spread as much as anyone, and we want your event to be as delicious as it is beautiful! To keep our space looking its best and ensure we’re following all those important health guidelines, we have a few simple rules for food at the studio:
Leave it to the Pros 👩🍳
For groups larger than 10, we require all food to be provided by a licensed and insured professional catering company. While we love a good homemade dish, "potluck" styles aren't permitted for larger events unless we’ve chatted and provided a special waiver beforehand!The Technical Stuff (COI & Licensing) 📋
Your chosen caterer must be properly licensed by the NCDHHS. We also need a Certificate of Insurance (COI) from them showing $1,000,000 in coverage, with Von Creative, LLC named as an Additional Insured. Please make sure this hits our inbox at least 7 days before your event so we’re all set to go!Keep it Cool (No On-Site Cooking) ❄️
Since we don’t have a commercial kitchen, we keep things "assembly-only" inside the studio. Open flames, stoves, and fryers are a no-go, but we’re happy to point your team toward designated areas for warming and plating your masterpieces.Pack it In, Pack it Out ♻️
To keep the studio photo-pretty for the next creative, we ask that caterers take all food waste, rentals, and equipment with them when they head out. A $100 cleaning fee will apply if we have to handle the catering trash, so let’s keep it tidy together! -

Trying to budget? While prices vary widely, plan for a budget of at least $25 per person with a minimum of $250 for all events.
Professional Photos, Added On
You're already celebrating in the most photogenic space in the area — so why leave the memories to chance? Add a professional photographer to your event booking and get candid moments, group portraits, and detail shots delivered straight to your gallery.
No awkward phone-snapping. No asking guests to play photographer. Just beautiful, unposed memories — captured and delivered so you can actually enjoy your party.
Photography Add-Ons
1 Hour ($200 + Tax): 50 candid + detail images
2 Hours ($350 + Tax): 100 images, full coverage of the key moments
3 Hours ($450 + Tax): 150 images, arrival-to-cake coverage + more formal photos
All galleries include 48 hour sneak peeks and a two week delivery. Additional hours available at $150/hour.
