The Studio Social is perfect for hosts who already have a vision and want the flexibility to bring it to life. We provide the beautiful setting, foundational amenities, and access to the pieces—you bring the details together.

Standard Rental Rate + $100 Event Fee
The Space: Exclusive access to our 2,000-square-foot studio, including our styled areas, picture-box trim walls, seamless paper station, and 22-foot cyclorama wall.
The Details: White linen covered tables, chairs, access to our 1,000+ item inventory, curated beverage station, snacks, high-speed fiber internet, and photo-ready spaces throughout the studio.
The Support: On-site staff support throughout your rental.
The Setup: You select and arrange your tables, chairs, décor, and inventory pieces. Setup and teardown must be completed within your reserved rental window.

You're already celebrating in the most photogenic space in the area — so why leave the memories to chance? Add a professional photographer to your event booking and get candid moments, group portraits, and detail shots delivered straight to your gallery.
No awkward phone-snapping. No asking guests to play photographer. Just beautiful, unposed memories — captured and delivered so you can actually enjoy your party.
Photography Add-Ons
1 Hour ($200 + Tax): 50 candid + detail images
2 Hours ($350 + Tax): 100 images, full coverage of the key moments
3 Hours ($450 + Tax): 150 images, arrival-to-cake coverage + more formal photos
All galleries include 48 hour sneak peeks and a two week delivery. Additional hours available at $150/hour.

The Support: Our team handles setup, styling, and reset so you can focus on welcoming your guests.
The Creative Team: Up to one hour of professional photography from a Von Creative Collective photographer.

The Space: Exclusive access to the full studio, prepared and styled specifically for your event.
The Canvas: A studio clear-out, excluding the 1923 piano and movable arch, so the space can be shaped around your celebration.
The Details: Full custom design and styling, larger floral or focal installation, tables, linens, seating, décor, and curated inventory selections.
The Guidance: Two one-hour design consultations with our in-house event planner and designer.
The Support: Complete setup and teardown, full studio clear-out, and on-site concierge support throughout your event.
The Creative Team: A photo booth, professional photography throughout the duration of your rental, and a full event gallery.
The Signature Social is designed for celebrations that deserve the full treatment. We’ll shape the visual direction, prepare the studio, support the flow of the event, and capture the moments you’ll want to keep long after your guests go home.

Then we meet again to reveal the plan: a styled vision of your space, tablescape, and focal moments before a single piece is touched. No guesswork, no surprises — just your celebration, designed and ready for your approval.
Step 3: We Style, You Celebrate.
Show up and enjoy. Our team handles setup, styling, and reset — or, if you’re a hands-on host, The Studio Social gives you the space and inventory to create yourself. Either way, the details are handled.)

A seated dinner is our love language — and honestly, we've got the setup for it. Picture four beautifully styled tables of eight, candles low, your guests actually sitting down together. No crowded corners, no awkward standing-around-with-a-plate moments. Just intentional, unhurried celebrating.
For groups over 10, we'll connect you with our favorite licensed local caterers (they know the drill and they know our space) — or roll up with a food truck outside for something more casual. We love a good spread as much as anyone, and we want your event to be as delicious as it is beautiful! To keep our space looking its best and ensure we’re following all those important health guidelines, we have a few simple rules for food at the studio:
Leave it to the Pros 👩🍳
For groups larger than 10, we require all food to be provided by a licensed and insured professional catering company. While we love a good homemade dish, "potluck" styles aren't permitted for larger events unless we’ve chatted and provided a special waiver beforehand!The Technical Stuff (COI & Licensing) 📋
Your chosen caterer must be properly licensed by the NCDHHS. We also need a Certificate of Insurance (COI) from them showing $1,000,000 in coverage, with Von Creative, LLC named as an Additional Insured. Please make sure this hits our inbox at least 7 days before your event so we’re all set to go!Keep it Cool (No On-Site Cooking) ❄️
Since we don’t have a commercial kitchen, we keep things "assembly-only" inside the studio. Open flames, stoves, and fryers are a no-go, but we’re happy to point your team toward designated areas for warming and plating your masterpieces.Pack it In, Pack it Out ♻️
To keep the studio photo-pretty for the next creative, we ask that caterers take all food waste, rentals, and equipment with them when they head out. A $100 cleaning fee will apply if we have to handle the catering trash, so let’s keep it tidy together! -

Make it unique. Want something interactive and memorable? Bring in a local food truck! They pull up, set up outside, and serve your guests fresh, hot food straight from the kitchen-on-wheels. It's fun, it's flexible, and it keeps the party flowing.

A Few House Rules:
Food trucks need permission, permitting, and a Certificate of Insurance before the event
No on-site cooking inside the studio — but outside food trucks are welcome in the designated parking area
