The “Why Us” Essentials

  • Exclusive Use: The whole 2,000-square-foot studio is yours. No sharing.

The Cyc Wall Cheat Sheet

Our 22 foot side Cyclorama wall is the “star of the show,” and we want it to look pristine for every single one of your frames. To keep that seamless, “infinite” look, here is a quick guide to Cyc wall success.

01. The Golden Rule: Respect the Curve ⚠️

  • The Vibe. That beautiful 2-foot curve is delicate.

  • The Rule. Please do not set, sit, or jump on the curve. It’s like stepping into a cake — it looks pretty but it will sink.

  • The Consequence. If the curve gets damaged, there’s a $100 repair fee. Nervous about it? Let us know and we can add tape guide to help you and your clients see exactly where the “safe zone” ends!

02. Keep it “Photo Pretty” (The Sticky Mat) 👟

  • The Vibe. We keep our floors a specific “High-Reflectance White” so you spend less time editing and more time shooting.

  • The Rule. Use the sticky mat at the beginning of the white floors. A few light presses capture the dirt so your footprints don’t end up in your client’s final gallery.

03. Little Feet & Big Bubbles 🫧

  • The Vibe. We know kiddos love to run, and that curve looks like a ramp!

  • The Rule. Keep the little ones off the curve of the wall.

  • The Perk. If they’re getting restless, hit the Staff Call Button. We have bubbles, coloring books, and toys on hand to keep them busy while you focus on parents!

04. Sparkle Responsibly ✨

  • The Vibe. We love a celebration, but the Cyc wall doesn’t want to “sparkle” forever.

  • The Rule. No glitter of confetti on the Cyclorama wall.

  • The Alternative. Want that high-glam shot? We can setup Seamless Paper for you — glitter and confetti are totally welcome there!

05. Don’t Be a Here (Ask for Help) 💪

  • The Vibe. Our props are gorgeous, but some are heavy and awkward.

  • The Rule. Don’t drag furniture across the white floor.

  • The Perk. Hit the call button! Our on-site staff is literally here to do the heavy lifting for you.

Boudoir at Von Creative: The Comfort Guide 🥂

The “Vibe” Check

  • Perfect Fit. Classy pinup, bridal boudoir, and “social-media-friendly” lingerie sessions. If your client would feel confident sharing the shots on their feed, we’re the place!

  • Not a Fit. We do not host sessions involving nudity, sexual/dangerous acts, or underage persons. These are strictly prohibited to keep our studio environment comfortable for everyone.

Total Privacy (With a View)

  • Visibility. We have white curtains that cover the front windows and doors. This blocks the parking lot view while still letting in that gorgeous, soft natural light photographers crave.

  • Cameras. We use four security cameras for the studio’s safety, but we turn them OFF during your boudoir rental. You’ll see the green lights go dark so you and your client have total peace of mind.

The Staffing “Low-Down”

  • Concierge Service. Our studio is always staffed to help you move props or prep the sets.

  • Space to Breathe. During your shoot, our staff stays in the back admin office or break room to five you space. We only come out if you hit the call button.

  • A Note on Gender. To keep things fair and legal, our staff schedules aren’t based on gender. This means a staff member of any gender may be in those back offices during your session. We recommend chatting with your client about this beforehand!

Our Safety-First Policy

Newborns are delicate, and their safety is our #1 priority. To ensure every baby is in expert hands, we have a simply policy for photographers:

  • For Posed Session (<6 Weeks). If you will be physically posing, handling, or manipulating a baby under 6 weeks, we require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to be on file before your session. This ensures you’re trained and covered for professional handling.

  • For Lifestyle Sessions. If parents are the ones doing all the holding and posing while you simply “capture the magic” from a distance, no COI is required.

A Stress-Free Environment

  • Hospitality Hub. We have a baby changing station, a beverage station for tired parents, and plenty of comfortable seating.

  • Cleanliness. All hard surfaces are sanitized with Lysol, and fabric surfaces are treated between every single rental.

Pro Tip for Photographers

If you’re doing a “posed” session, just email your COI to us once, and we’ll keep it on file for all your future bookings. It’s one less thing to worry about on shoot day!
