Weddings, Unfolded
Okay, real talk: weddings have gotten wild — and if you've been on TikTok at 1 AM, you've seen it. The bride spiraling over seating charts. The budget spreadsheet that magically doubled. The day that costs more than a luxury car and flies by faster than a 15-second video — leaving couples like, "wait, that was it?"
Plot twist: nearly half of Americans say they've considered eloping just to escape all of it. And honestly? We get it.
But here's the thing — it doesn't have to be a choice between a big expensive blur and running off to city hall. There's a middle path, and it's honestly the best one: keep the people who actually matter, drop everything that doesn't, and let the whole day feel easy.
That's what we built. A 2,000-square-foot studio with a 22-foot cyclorama wall and four sets that transform around your day. No ballroom. No table 12. No stiff rows. Just your favorite people, gathered close, while the evening unfolds like it's supposed to — and when it's over, you'll actually remember it. Like, really remember it.

The Canvas: A full studio clear-out (minus the piano and movable arch) and freshly painted floor, giving you a completely untouched space from the ground up.
The Details: Full design execution, in-house planner, custom floral installations (Arch, Tables, & Bouquets), and a complimentary 1-hour Bridal Portrait session.
The Guidance: A professional on-site officiant to lead your ceremony and finalize your legal marriage license.
The Creative Team: Includes a HMUA for one, 5 hours of photography (250+ high-res images) + videography coverage from Von Creative Collective creatives providing a 3-5 minute cinematic film and a professional video recording of your ceremony so you can relive the “I do” forever.

Absolutely! We're a studio built by creatives for creatives, and you are 100% welcome to bring your own photographer.
Selecting a package where photo and video are included? Those allocations go straight back into the creative community — supporting local artists, learning photographers, and keeping this space alive for the dreamers who call it home. Whether you bring your own team or work with our Collective, your celebration helps us keep a world-class space available for everyone. 💛

Can I bring my own wedding planner?
Absolutely! Our on-site coordinator handles the logistics of our inventory and everything that happens here at the studio. But if you're dreaming of a full-scale design with lots of rentals and offsite activities mixed in, bringing in your own planner is 100% encouraged. Think of us as your home base — and your planner as the creative director tying it all together. 💛

Feeding Your People, Made Easy
Hors d'oeuvres are our love language — and honestly, they make everything easier. No plated dinner stress, no seating chart anxiety. Grazing tables, passed bites, beautiful little things your guests can eat while they mingle. For groups over 10 we'll connect you with our favorite licensed local caterers (they know the drill) — or roll up with a food truck outside. We'll handle the logistics; you handle the good time. We love a good spread as much as anyone, and we want your event to be as delicious as it is beautiful! To keep our space looking its best and ensure we’re following all those important health guidelines, we have a few simple rules for food at the studio:
Leave it to the Pros 👩🍳
For groups larger than 10, we require all food to be provided by a licensed and insured professional catering company. While we love a good homemade dish, "potluck" styles aren't permitted for larger events unless we’ve chatted and provided a special waiver beforehand!The Technical Stuff (COI & Licensing) 📋
Your chosen caterer must be properly licensed by the NCDHHS. We also need a Certificate of Insurance (COI) from them showing $1,000,000 in coverage, with Von Creative, LLC named as an Additional Insured. Please make sure this hits our inbox at least 7 days before your event so we’re all set to go!Keep it Cool (No On-Site Cooking) ❄️
Since we don’t have a commercial kitchen, we keep things "assembly-only" inside the studio. Open flames, stoves, and fryers are a no-go, but we’re happy to point your team toward designated areas for warming and plating your masterpieces.Pack it In, Pack it Out ♻️
To keep the studio photo-pretty for the next creative, we ask that caterers take all food waste, rentals, and equipment with them when they head out. A $100 cleaning fee will apply if we have to handle the catering trash, so let’s keep it tidy together! -

No on-site cooking inside the studio — but outside food trucks are welcome in the designated parking area
