Here's something we've noticed watching intimate weddings unfold: nearly every couple starts with an outdoor dream. A garden, a beach, a mountainside, golden light and open sky. And nearly every one of those dreams comes with a footnote nobody writes down until it's too late: the weather.
So couples spend their engagement refreshing forecasts, scouting rain plans, and hoping the day they imagined survives contact with the actual sky over North Carolina.
We built our intimate wedding packages to end that story differently. Our sets give you the outdoor feeling: the notes of a garden, evergreen, florals, and light from above that feels effortlessly natural, all of it styled and photographed beautifully, with the temperature, the wind and the rain entirely uninvited. The date you choose is the day that happens. And because we're a photography studio first, professional photography and videography aren't add-ons you scramble to book; they're inside the package, from people who shoot these sets every week. The two things couples most often wish they'd done differently, the weather and the photos? Already handled.

The All-Inclusive Ceremony Package
A high-end, designer wedding experience on a boutique scale. Everything wrapped up in one seamless package—from custom florals and an officiant to photo and video . Just show up and shine.
The Essential Exchange
For the couple who wants the moment, not the production. The studio entirely yours for two hours, up to 30 of your favorite people, the ceremony and the portraits, with professional photography inside the price. Small, deliberate, and done before the stress ever finds you.

The Space: Two Hours of exclusive studio access.
The Details: Elegant seating for up to 30 guests and a curated faux floral bouquet & boutonnière.
The Guidance: A professional on-site officiant to lead your ceremony and finalize your legal marriage license.
The Creative Team: Includes 60 minutes of photography (50+ high-res images) from a Von Creative Collective photographer and a professional video recording of your ceremony so you can relive the “I do” forever.

And for the ones who can't be there? They won't miss a thing. Every package includes professional video of the ceremony — plus live streaming options for guests who can't make the trip. Whether they're in the room or on the screen, the moment's captured in gorgeous quality. 🤍

The one with room to breathe. Time for the details you actually care about and photography plus videography built in, so the day exists twice: once when it happens, and once as the film you'll rewatch every anniversary.

The Signature Boutique Wedding
The full story, told properly. The whole studio, the decor, the space for the people who matter most, and complete photography and videography coverage: the ceremony, the toasts, the dances, the quiet in-between moments nobody else would have caught. Delivered as a full gallery and the films: the cinematic highlight and the ceremony.
8 HOUR STUDIO ACCESS + OFFICIANT + IN-HOUSE DESIGNER/PLANNER + INVENTORY ACCESS + HMUA + PHOTOGRAPHY + VIDEOGRAPHY
$3,500 + Tax
The Space: 8 hours of exclusive studio access, including our light-drenched studio and hair and makeup stations for bridal prep.
The Canvas: A full studio clear-out (minus the piano and movable arch) and freshly painted floor, giving you a completely untouched space from the ground up.
The Details: Full design execution, in-house planner, custom floral installations (Arch, Tables, & Bouquets), and a complimentary 1-hour Bridal Portrait session.
The Guidance: A professional on-site officiant to lead your ceremony and finalize your legal marriage license.
The Creative Team: Includes a HMUA for one, 5 hours of photography (250+ high-res images) + videography coverage from Von Creative Collective creatives providing a 3-5 minute cinematic film and a professional video recording of your ceremony so you can relive the “I do” forever.

11:00 AM — Getting ready and bridal prep (HMUA, beauty stations, matching PJ photos, the works)

There's a room to change in, refreshments on hand, a staff member here all day, and on-site hair and makeup available if you want to be fussed over before you walk out.

Absolutely! We're a studio built by creatives for creatives, and you are 100% welcome to bring your own photographer.

Those allocations go straight back into the creative community — supporting local artists, learning photographers, and keeping this space alive for the dreamers who call it home. Whether you bring your own team or work with our Collective, your celebration helps us keep a world-class space available for everyone. 💛

Can I bring my own wedding planner?
Absolutely! Our on-site coordinator handles the logistics of our inventory and everything that happens here at the studio. But if you're dreaming of a full-scale design with lots of rentals and offsite activities mixed in, bringing in your own planner is 100% encouraged. Think of us as your home base — and your planner as the creative director tying it all together. 💛
