What does our Creative Discount Membership ($50/month plan) include?

Membership plans include:

• A 10% Discount. You’ll receive your discount code via email shortly after you signup for your initial month of membership. You can begin using this code by proceeding to the payment portion of your reservation and applying your coupon code at the payment screen. Need to book a session right away? Please know we will provide you with a gift card to use for future rentals to reimburse your discount if you need to place a reservation for a rental before your code is in our system.

• Credit Packs. Are you a frequent renter looking for even more savings? Our credit packs are the perfect way to save even more. These pre-paid credit packs allow for you to purchase rentals in bulk saving you money and giving you the flexibility to use them as you need to. Featuring 20%, 30% or 50% discounts, credit packs require an active creative discount membership to be purchased but can be used at any time, even after ending your membership.

• Studio Content Days + Networking Events. Membership plans include one creator ticket for studio-held content days and networking events. Codes for tickets are located in the Community Board member-only page. Please note that an active Creative Membership is required on the day of the event for this discount to apply.

• Educational Workshops & Styled Sessions. Want to join a workshop or styled session being held at the studio? We’ll pay 50% of your ticket price, up to $75 for any workshops or styled sessions hosted in the studio. Please note that an active Creative Membership is required on the day of the event for this discount to apply.

• Use of Studio Lighting. Our studio is outfitted with both continuous and flash lighting systems. While continuous is always available during rentals, our flash lighting is an extra fee for standard rentals. Members are provided use of our flash lighting, including triggers at no additional charge during rentals.

• Access to Member Only Props/Furniture. Members receive exclusive access to items not available to everyone in our studio. These are normally items that are more expensive, fragile or more prone to getting dirty from use. (This includes most of our white furniture.)

• Access to Cameras & Lenses. Have an issue with your camera/lens or want to try something new? Members are provided access to use our studio cameras and lenses with most being free and our premier member-only bodies/lenses available at $25 per rental. (Please note, this is only available for members have paid at least two monthly subscription payments. If using a first month free coupon, this option would become available on month three.)

• Listing on our Directory Page + Dedicated Member Profile. As a listed photography studio, we receive a ton of traffic locally for clients looking for a studio. When these requests come in, we direct them to Find a Photographer page. In addition to studio leads, this page is also used by wedding photographers and vendors as a source for trusted and active photographers in the area.

• Dedicated Member Page. Designed to help increase exposure for your business and strengthen your SEO, our member profile pages are a place for you highlight your business and showcase some of your favorite images.

• Mini Session Listings. Offering mini sessions? Our Find a Photographer page has a section dedicated to mini session listings. Please be sure to send us any information for upcoming mini sessions you are offering, even if they’re not in-studio, along with booking links.

• Access to Administrative Support. Let’s face it, admin is brutal and finding talent that will respond to your clients or handle your website with care can be hard. Designed to help ease the burden and provide support to photographers, our memberships include access to administrative support by our staff at $20/hour. From scheduling, emails, website design, social media management, print ordering/pickup, and more, our friendly and dedicated staff provides all of the services of a virtual assistant while still remaining local and accessible.

• Priority Social Media Drops + Social Media Mini Session Sharing. If you have been following along on our social media pages, you may have noticed that we do our best to actively engage and share with our followers. Members of the studio receive priority posting on our social media pages and shares, especially in months of higher volume. To be featured, please feel welcome to share images taken in the studio with us at any time!

• Breakroom. Available only to our members, this area features a full double apron sink, cutlery, dishes, microwave, coffee station, and mini fridge.

• Beauty Station Use. Do you have a client who would prefer to have hair and makeup done onsite? Our beauty stations can be used by members before rentals at no additional cost. To ensure availability, please be sure to include this request along with a start time of hair and makeup when booking your rental.

• Complimentary Dedicated Fiber Access. We know the stuggle of long upload times and lack of reliable fast-speed internet in the area. If uploading is a struggle or internet services are not available at home, our studio has been outfitted with a dedicated Fiber business-class internet connection, ensuring uptimum uptimes and super fast speeds without being affected by the slow and unreliable speeds of shared bandwith.

• Availability for Our Front Workstations Midweek. Need a refreshing break from working at home? Based on availability, members receive complimentary use of our front workstations, providing the perfect environment to focus and get things done efficiently. • Complimentary Conference Table Use for Consulations Midweek. Need to have a consultation or IPS meeting with a client? Members receive complimentary access to our front conference table and TV midweek. Click here to view availability and schedule online.

• Print Ordering Assistance. Want to offer prints at a better price/profit and don’t know where to start? We’re here to make the hassle of ordering prints and wall art even easier! With pre-established accounts with some of the most well-known print and album providers and in-stock samples, we provide assistance from order placement and album design and even pickup and shipping services. Simply set the markup you would like to charge and we’ll handle the rest! Services are provided at a cost of 10% of order totals and any shipping costs incurred for shipped products, providing super transparent and clear pricing.

• Printer Station Access. Need to print or scan documents? Our printer station is always available for members to use.

• Educational Workshops & Styled Sessions. Members are the first to know and receive early ticket access to educational workshops and events. (Please be sure to join the community board as soon as your sign up for a plan to ensure you have access to member only announcements.)

• QT Album & Millers Samples. Do you sell QT Albums or Millers products to your clients? Our studio is equipped with fabric swatches and samples to make it easier to sell your products to clients.

Things to Know About Membership Plans

• Canceling Your Plan. Membership plans are based monthly and can be canceled at anytime via the Manage Account link at the bottom footer of our website. Your plan renews on the same date each month until you cancel within your online portal. When making your payment, you are paying for the month forward and pro-rated refunds will not be provided for cancellations made mid-month. When canceling, you are only ending your upcoming renewal.

• Rule Violations. If you violate any of our studio rules, we reserve the right to end your active subscription. In the event that we do, we will refund any remaining days pro-rated within that month’s cycle or any payments made toward future rentals, minus any damage fees incurred within 14 business days.

• Breakroom Use. Our breakroom is available for use only to our members. This area is stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, cutlery, and a microwave that you are more than welcome to use. There is also a mini fridge. If you plan on leaving items in the fridge overnight, items need to be labeled with your name and date. With the exception of half and half that we provide, please do not use anything from the fridge that is not yours. We do a weekly cleaning of our fridge on Monday and any items not labeled will be discared.
