Feel Supported & Inspired
When creating this studio, we wanted something different — a place not only designed as a rental photography studio, but also as a place for creatives to collaborate. Our passion is fully centered in building up, supporting and encouraging the creative community with a focused mission in providing a place for creatives to learn, network, support and reinvigorate their passion together.
Services Currently Offered to Frequent Renters
All of the services below are available for photographers who frequently rent the studio.
Community Board. A place designed to bring together creatives who use the studio, our community board is the perfect place to share and find second/associate shooter opportunities, wedding/studio leads, model calls, local events, and discounts/offers. Click here to learn more.
Virtual Assistant (Administrative Support). Let’s face it, admin is brutal and finding talent to help is even harder. With a staff focused on incredible customer service, we provide the support needed to help ease the burden and provide support when you need it. From scheduling, sending emails, website design, social media management, print ordering/pickup, and more, our staff is here to help. Pricing: $20/hour
Social Media Drops & Collabs. Your success is our success and we love to share! If you have a post that you are sharing with images from the studio, please don’t hesitate to collab, tag or send it to us! Have a gallery you would like to share? We always highlight images from galleries received on our social media and website, with tags and credits, of course! Below is how we share posts on our IG page via the panels they are displayed on:
Primary Panel
Inviting Us As a Collaborator. You’ll see this option when tagging a profile on your post and allows for multiple profiles to be displayed as posters of the post. Adding us as a collaborator ensures that our post is shown on the primary panel of our IG page.
Sending Us Images. This is normally done by sending us galleries. We take some of the images from these galleries to create IG reels that we call ‘photo drops’ to highlight the photographer and their images.
Reshare Panel
Tagging Us in a Post. Anytime we are tagged in a post, we always make sure to reshare it as well.
Sending Us Your Post Via Messenger. If you would prefer not to tag us, please know you can always send us a message with your post to make sure that we see it so we can reshare.
Seeing a Post in Our Feed. If we see a post in our feed that was taken in the studio, we always reshare it, but please know IG’s feed doesn’t always show us every post, so sending it to us by messenger is always recommended.
Stories
We always share any and all posts that we can in our stories and our monthly highlight posts.
As a note, as we do have a lot of followers of different age groups, we don’t reshare or accept collabs on posts that contain nudity or suggestive content.
Listing on Our Find a Photographer Page. Designed to make it easier for potential clients who would like to use the studio and as a referral source for wedding leads, frequent renters are listed and linked on our Find a Photographer page.
Google Access to the Studio Calendar. Want to make it easier to cross-reference our availability with yours? If you are a Google Calendar user and would like to access our calendar to view our free/busy times, just send us a message to let us know!
Online Booking Assistance. Want to allow clients to book studio sessions, but struggle due to the unknowns of our availability? Available as a complimentary service, when using online booking platforms like Pixieset, through the use of a specialized link within your booking system, our staff can block times from your online calendars automatically as new rentals come in to ensure you have accurate and reliable availability online. Interested? You can use our book a studio tour link to schedule a time that works best for you to come in to confirm compatibility with your current online booking platform and complete the setup.
Co-Working Availability Mid-Week. Need a break from working at home or want to work around others who share your passion? Work in a space that creates the perfect environment to focus and get things done. Based on availability, our front workstations, conference table, and dedicated fiber-internet are available mid-week for just $10/day. Click here to view availability and book online.
Print Ordering Assistance. Want to offer prints, but don’t know where to start? We’re here to help make the hassle of ordering prints and wall art even easier! With pre-established accounts with the leading print and album providers and in-stock samples, we provide assistance from IPS, order placement, album design, pickup and shipping services. Simply set the markup you would like to charge and we’ll do the rest. Pricing: 10% of order totals, plus any shipping costs incurred.
Printer & Scanning Services. Need to print or scan documents? Our printer and scanning station is always available to use for photographers who rent from the studio. Pricing: First 5 pages free. $.10 per page after. Resets daily.
Credit Packs. Are you a frequent renter? Stop by our credit packs! Offering discounts of 20%, 35%, and 50% on rentals purchased in bulk, credit packs are the perfect way to save even more.
One-on-One Workshops. Have questions and need help? From studio lighting, Lightoom, Photoshop, camera settings, websites, CRMs, and more, our studio provides the help and education you need, when you need it. Click here to learn more.

What makes me a frequent renter of the studio? Photographers classifed as frequent renters are ones that have had at least three rentals in the past 6 months. This list changes frequently and is always kept up to date on our website under our Find a Photographer page.
