What does your membership include?
Membership plans include:
A 10%, 25%, or 75% Discount. You’ll receive your discount code via email shortly after you signup for your initial month of membership. You can begin using this code by proceeding to the payment portion of your reservation and applying your coupon code at the payment screen. Need to book a session right away? Please know we will provide you with a gift card to use for future rentals to reimburse your discount if you need to place a reservation for a rental before your code is in our system.
Studio Content Days, Studio Discount Days & Studio Meetups. Unless otherwise noted, membership plans include one creator ticket (or two for teams) for our monthly studio content days, one slot for studio discount days, and one ticket for studio meetups. Codes for tickets are located in the Community Board member-only page. Please be sure to reserve spaces for these events as soon as they are announced as each event does have a limited number slots and tickets available and are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Educational Workshops & Styled Sessions. For studio-sponsored workshops and styled sessions, the studio will pay 50% of your ticket price, providing you with a 50% discount on workshops and styled sessions. As mentioned above, each event is limited on availability so please be sure to book for these events as soon as they are announced to ensure availability. Tickets codes are posted on our Community Board.
Use of Studio Lighting. Our studio is outfitted with two projector lights with multiple gels and shapes, six steady lights and several speedlights (we do have one Godox trigger each for Sony, Canon, and Nikon in the studio). All of these lights are available complimentary for our members to use. Please be sure to designate in the add-ons section that you would like to use these lights when making your reservation.
Access to Member Only Props/Furniture. Members receive exclusive access to items not available to everyone in our studio. These are normally items that are more expensive or more fragile.
Access to Cameras & Lenses. Have an issue with your camera/lens or want to try something new? Members are provided access to use our studio cameras and lenses. Member pricing for each camera and lens is listed on our studio inventory page under each item’s description. (Please note, this is only available for members have paid at least two monthly subscription payments. If using a first month free coupon, this option would become available on month three.)
Leads & Discounts. As a member, you’ll receive emails from us with:
Studio Leads — As a studio, we receive requests online and have walk-ins from the general public who would like to use our space, but don’t currently have a photographer. These requests are directed to our Find a Photographer page of which all of our members are listed.
Wedding Leads — Often done by directing to our Find a Photographer page, photographers who recieve leads for dates they are unavailable for will either send them in, post to the community board, or email us directly.
Discounts — Our office team is consistently reaching out to amazing photographer software and product providers to source discounts for our members. As soon as these come in, these are sent out to our member network.
Dedicated Member Page. Designed to help increase exposure for your business and strengthen your SEO, our member profile pages are a place for you highlight your business and showcase some of your favorite images.
Mini Session Listings. Offering mini sessions? Our Find a Photographer page has a section dedicated to mini session listings. Please be sure to send us any information for upcoming mini sessions you are offering, even if they’re not in-studio, along with booking links.
Flexible Mini Session Scheduling. Available to members on our creative plus ($175/month) and team ($350/month) plan, this allows for members to block off up to one hour for creative plus and four hours for team once a month at no cost to advertise mini sessions. (You’ll receive a special link to reserve these timeslots.) You only pay on the day if you use your timeslot.
Priority Social Media Drops + Social Media Mini Session Sharing. If you have been following along on our social media pages, you may have noticed that we do our best to actively engage and share with our followers. Members of the studio receive priority posting on our social media pages and shares, especially in months of higher volume. To be featured, please feel welcome to share images taken in the studio with us at any time!
Breakroom. Available only to our members, this area features a full double apron sink, cutlery, dishes, microwave, coffee station, and mini fridge. This area also contains items like furniture and props that are available only to our members.
Beauty Station Use. Do you have a client who would prefer to have hair and makeup done onsite? Our beauty stations can be used by members before rentals at no additional cost. To ensure availability, please be sure to include this request along with a start time of hair and makeup when booking your rental. (Please note, the studio is rented out during this time, so please be sure to communicate this with your clients before their arrival.
Complimentary Dedicated Fiber Access. We know the struggle of long upload times and lack of fiber in the area. If you have a lot of uploading to do and not a lot of time, our studio is the place for you!
Workstation Access. Need a refreshing break from working at home or have an important meeting or consultation you need to schedule? Based on availability, members receive complimentary access on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays, providing the perfect environment to focus and get things done efficiently. You can schedule by clicking here. As a note, this is only for working and is not for meetings with clients as it is likely that others will be working in the studio as well. If you’ll be doing a consultation, please use the consulation option under our booking links.
Printer Station Access. Need to print or scan documents? A printer and scanner are available in the studio for members to use.
Photo Printing/Mailing Services. Cut out the hassle. Have prints or wall art you need to order for clients or packages you need to mail out? Our printing partnerships and mailing station make it easy to order, package and mail prints with ease. Have a custom frame? We also provide clear acrylic and have a points gun onsite to make assembling custom frames a breeze.
QT Album & Millers Samples. Do you sell QT Albums or Millers products to your clients? Our studio is equipped with fabric swatches and samples to make it easier to sell your products to clients.
Pro-Plans
If you are on one of our pro plans ($375, $475, or $575/month), the following applies to you:
Credits Charged. Each month at the time of your subscription renewal, your account will be loaded with new credits. Credits are applied at the time of booking and not at the time/date of the rental reservation. In short, this allows for you to use credits for future dates outside of your monthly subscription period.
Discount Code. If you are a photographer on a pro-plan, you will receive a code that will allow for you to bypass the need for payment when booking. Credits are calculated internally by our staff and applied at the time of booking. For any rentals over your allotted credit balance each month, you will receive an invoice associated with your booking via email. These invoices can be paid online before the date of your rental or at the end or beginning of your rental.
