That's the part we take off your plate. We’re a co-working rental photography studio in Richlands, NC, and you are not booking a photographer here. You are booking a space filled with styled sets and over 1,000 pieces of inventory, and the space is entirely yours. The sets are already built. The props already exist. The light is already handled. You choose your vibe, hold your date, then take your pick from the photographers who shoot here or bring one of your own.

No sourcing a backdrop the week of. No shooting around the sofa. No hoping the spare room reads bigger than it is.

When you book, the whole studio is yours. No other photographers, no shared spaces, no walkthroughs. Every set you see here is exclusively yours for your rental.

How It Works

Pick your set and your time. Four curated sets (are on the floor, or take the custom option with the cyclorama wall, seamless paper and the full prop closet. Over 1,000 pieces are yours to work with, along with the client closet, the beauty stations and the light.
Reserve your rental date. That is what takes the studio off the calendar for the date and time you need.
Choose your photographer. Once your date is held, we help you find the photographer that’s perfect for your vision. A full list of our regulars are below. Not sure who to pick? Send us your inspo and your budget and we’ll connect you.
We make the introduction. You and your photographer talk directly from there. They handle their own session fee and their own gallery. We handle the space, the welcome, the inventory and the amenities.

What a Session Usually Costs

The ranges below are the full picture: our rental rate plus what photographers who typically shoot here charge.

The photographer you choose sets their own fee and invoice you directly, so the final number is there’s, but this is what the whole afternoon looks like.

30-Minute Session

$225 to $360

Enough for a single look, and handful of frames and an easy yes for a client who has never done this before.

60-Minute Session

$400 to $650

The sweet spot. Time for a wardrobe change, multiple sets and a session that does not feel rushed.

90-Minute Session

$500 to $840

Two to three looks and room to breathe between setups.

Want the full glam experience?

Hair and makeup can be done onsite. A one-hour session and our Onsite Glam Rental Package that includes hair and makeup + three hours of studio time (two hours of hair and makeup in the space, then one hour on the set) typically ranges between $800 to $1,050.
